Süẞ Cookies
(pronounced “Soos”)

It’s a German word that means sweet,
soft, and full of joy - like our cookies

Hi! My name is Hope, and I’m the head baker at Süß !

I’m only four, but I’ve already made a lot of cookies — and every single one carries a little bit of sparkle, love, and magic.

I started baking with my mama one afternoon just for fun… but then I realized something amazing. When we bake cookies together, we’re not just making treats. We’re making spells of happiness! I call it cookie magic. My mama says I’m not just helping — I’m leading. I even wrote a spell to go with our cookies:

“Make them soft,

Make them bright,

Make them delicious in every bite!”

We live in Parker, Colorado, and baking is something super special in our family. My mama learned from my great-grandma whose family came from Germany. She used to bake just enough cookies every day to make people feel loved when they walked through her door. That’s what I try to do, too.

My mama is a real pastry chef — like, a trained one who worked with amazing teachers from El Salvador, Nicaragua, and all over the U.S. She says she used to bake for awards and fancy kitchens… but now she likes baking with me best. (Me too.)

Our cookies at Süß are made with really good stuff — organic and farm fresh ingredients, really delicious fair-trade chocolate, and all the joy in our kitchen. We shape each one with our hands, no machines. Just love.

So when you eat a cookie from Süß, you’re not just eating a cookie. You’re eating a little piece of our family story, a big swirl of joy, and a whole lot of love from me — Hope.

Thanks for being part of our cookie adventure. I hope you smile after every single bite. 💖
